Area of residence in Tiny Township: Balm Beach

Mario Galluzzo confirms his intent to run for municipal office in Tiny Township in 2026 for the position of Councillor

Short Bio:

I have been a resident of Tiny and a community beach advocate for over 30 years. Prior to retirement in 2019, I owned a thriving insurance brokerage with offices across Ontario. I started with one small office and grew it to multible locations with dozens of staff.  I excel at negotiations and strategic planning - attributes that will be needed to help form a united council.

My 25+ years of experience spanning Property & Casualty Insurance; Business Development, Underwriting and Municipal Risk Management will enhance our knowledge base at the council table. I have strong analytical and communication skills with a consistent track record of developing strategies for growth while managing top-line and bottom-line business.

Tiny needs progressive and inclusive leaders and I am the candidate who can bring that energy to the council table. I strive for high performance by aligning people resources; business processes; products and services to achieve operational excellence.

I love Tiny and want to give back to the community.

I want to settle the ongoing issues with beach access and come up with a satisfactory solution for both waterfront owners and backlot residents.

I want to work to bring light commercial industry to Tiny in order to diversify our tax base and take some of the burden off the individual taxpayers.
